Silke and Niels share new "OpenSpace DEV" approach with the world

In a BetaCodex Network research paper published today, Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging of Red42 are sharing a variety of OpenSpace conferencing they have developed since 2011. OpenSpace DEV is very well-suited to organizational development work done with groups that range from "large" to "very large."
