Niels Pflaeging is the world's leading thinker on Time-Oriented Work Systems. He is BetaCodex Network founder, a consultant, international speaker and bestselling author. Niels (co-)created several open source approaches, including Cell Structure Design, Relative Targets and OpenSpace Beta. Sebastian Kubsch is CTO of Pradtke GmbH in Bochum, Germany. Together with Niels Pflaeging, Sebastian is the creator of Time-Oriented Software Development, TOSD. Pradtke has been the first company to pioneer TOSD, initiating consistent time-orientation in August 2025. The results started to appear immediately. Working languages: EN, DE
