Renegades: A review of BetaCodex research between 2008 and 2025

In an article published today on the "News from the Beta World" web magazine, BetaCodex Network founder Niels Pflaeging looks back on 17 years of research around contemporary leadership, organizational theory, organizational development, relative performance systems, org design, change and transformation.
Up to now, the network has produced 24 research papers that have garnered around a million views, or reads. The most widely read paper has been Heroes of Leadership, which was published in 2013. In his new article Niels' walks us through several phases of research undertaken – and in so doing contextualizes the development of Cell Structure Design, Relative Targets and OpenSpace Beta socio-tech.
