Red42 and LeanBase joined forces to produce an exclusive, 10-episode video series in German entitled "Lean Transformation with Niels Pflaeging." Combined, the 10 episodes of the show feature more than 160 minutes of carefully curated impulse sessions with Niels around lean organization, self-organization and Very Fast Organizational Transformation.
During the 10-episode show, Niels combines a great deal of highly practical concepts, around half of which were developed by Red42. Every episode can be watched independently, even though the show was conceived as offering a logical "story arc." For the two final episodes of the series, Niels is joined by Red42 co-founder Silke Hermann.
