  • Format: 6-hour "workout" for a maximum of 12 participants. Duration: Starts 10.00am. ends 17.00pm. 
  • The workshop character: This workshop day is designed as a "practical workout" that is best approached with your own company or client case in mind. You get the opportunity to think through Beta organizations, decentralization and Cell Structure Design for yourself - accompanied by BetaCodex master and Cell Structure Design creator Niels Pflaeging  This day serves practically-theoretical reflection, and focused exercise with org design principles. This is not a seminar, but a hands-on design clinic! We will utilize different work sheets and workshop materials, and apply iterative method. Aha moments are inevitable!
  • Your host: Niels Pflaeging, Red42, BetaCodex Network founder
  • An overview of topics:
    • Org Physics: The conceptual basics
    • Cell Structure Design: Concepts and principles of decentralization - and for autonomous, self-organized teams in periphery and center
    • Working on your case(es): Thinking through your own organization (or client case), solve structural dilemmas, and profit from Niels' org design expertise
    • Conceptual reflection and discussion on applicability
    • You create a draft of your own Cell Structural Design - for further personal use

  • Place: Wiesbaden - Studio Red42, Matthias-Claudius-Strasse 16, 65185 Wiesbaden (near Wiesbaden main station).
  • Hotel recommendations: MotelOne Wiesbaden or Best Western Wiesbaden - both near Studio Red42, next to the main station
  • Participant fee: EUR 700,00, plus EUR 35,00 conference flat rate for drinks/snacks/lunch, plus VAT if applicable
